Extreme Emotion
Emotions, how do we stop yourself from braking, yelling,and getting mad? It’s a question that has been asked for years,If you don’t deal with your emotions you will become stressed. So it is important that we deal with our emotions. Because if, you don’t deal with your emotion it will lead to Health problems and will hurt friends and family.

Emotions are an important part of life. But there is a dark side to them. the first thought that comes to mind is happiness and love. Not three of the biggest killers in the world depression,fear, and anger, They are not deadly unless you don’t deal with them, If you don’t deal with them then they become stress. Which is the number one killer in the America, Killing 110 million people each year,Which is seven people dead every two seconds. Stress is a silent but deadly killer. It leads to heart attack,stroke, contribute to infertility, and speeds up the aging process. If you want to avoid stress know your emotions. Emotions play a big part in stress such as getting mad and being sad. This is why it is important to deal with our emotions.

In addition, other than hurting yourself, hurting and affecting other people around your life is an effect to. Emotions get the best of us , and make us snap and go off on someone for no reason at all. But instead of going off on people we should talk to them, and tell them what’s wrong. Because not getting it out and dealing with it. Will tear you up inside , and eventually affect how we act to people and how we treat them. After you start treat people wrong they will end up leaving and you will be by yourself

Therefore, it is challenging for many people to deal with their emotions. But it’s important you deal with emotions.Because it will affect your health and people in your life
